Plant Mart offers plant deliveries across all of Pakistan. Delivery areas may change, and we reserve the right to modify our service areas at any time.

2. Modes of De livery

We use a combination of cars and delivery bikes/rickshaws to ensure efficient and safe plant deliveries.

3. Payment Terms

Customers can pay for their orders via cash on delivery (COD) or online payment. Online payments are accepted through designated payment methods.

4. Delivery Times

We strive to process and deliver orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, and external factors. Our team will communicate the expected delivery time to the customer.

5. Delivery Confirmation

After successful delivery, our delivery personnel will confirm receipt of the plants. Customers are responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery and reporting any issues promptly.

6. Unattended Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact the customer. If unsuccessful, the plants will be returned, and a re-delivery may be scheduled with additional charges.

7. Order Tracking

When applicable, customers will be provided with tracking information to monitor their order's status and delivery progress.

8. Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be communicated during the order placement process. Charges may vary based on delivery location.
